TOday I received my "WHY" Inoculation

So... today, at the day job - which is another way that I work to be of service - in service - a helper to a community...something - someone who motivates and inspires...yes!  Someone who motivates and inspires others within a community. That's the words I will use to describe myself. But I digress. Today at the day job I received something I needed both personally and professionally. The inoculation of WHY. The guidance back to the reason I do the work that I do. It was exceptionally beautiful. My Big big boss brought a TED Talk to the meeting to share with us. The beauty of it? Every person in the room was inspired and remembered why they were there!!! 

So, I thought I would expound and share with you the
​reasoning behind why I do what I do.  

It's pretty simply really. I believe in what I do, and I believe that by working as a psychic medium, I bring peace and balance to the people I work with. I believe that by teaching people how to meditate and make sacred space and other mystical things, I am helping them to find their way to remembering who their soul is, and WHY they are here - a spirit in a human body. I believe that people need a safe and sacred space to share their fears, hope and dreams. And I BELIEVE that I do these things with an open heart and open mind.

Every day, I am ready to listen to what people are saying, and seeing/hearing/feeling what their soul is telling them. I don't always get the opportunity to share that with every person that I meet, because I also believe that unless I am invited into someone's energy, to read them is an invasion of space, boundaries and privacy.  

During the ordinary day, I dial down my psychic intuition, and work as best I can in an ordinary world - doing almost ordinary work.   

My motivation for the work I do in the ordinary world is to motivate and inspire people.  The people on my team, the clients I may get to work with, and the management that sets the pace of the ordinary work place. 

But, you know what? (Go ahead - say "What, Patsy!" ). I do this in all my walks of life.  With every person that I come into contact with. Hmmmm...

I do my best to motivate others to do the best that they can in the work that they do. I work to inspire them to achieve their goals and to set those goals on the belief that they can achieve them. The work that they do is important work. Every keystroke, phone call, and decision they make will affect another person in some way.  

Every ACTION we take AFFECTS another person. 

What is the ordinary world?
The ordinary world is the place where I do regular things. Like work on a computer, master spreadsheets, teach policy and procedures, drive my car, walk the dog, you know...ordinary stuff.

The other side of that is the mystic world or the mystic work that I get to do. That's the place where I go to meditate, the place where I can let my spirit truly shine - and talk to people's souls and embrace the light that every person carries within them. The mystic world is the sacred space I build and where I practice the art of psychic mediumship and mystical magic. It's also the place where I invite others, like you, to come and re-energize and listen to the songs that your soul spirit, guides and Creator sing to us.

As you can probably tell, I love to be in the mystical world. And this is the space where I believe that you and I can communicate on many different levels. It is a very energetic place and one of my biggest enjoyments is high vibrational energy!

​There is some really good news...

The mystic world doesn't have to be a physical place. You can go there anytime you meditate!

I have mused on this and shared with you my beliefs and reasoning and I hope you can see the joy that it brings to my being when I am being of service, helping others in some small way.
